The registration will be completed once the registration fee has been paid.
The registration fee will be changed automatically after each rate period ends. Therefore, those who has registered during early bird rate period is needed to complete the payment by November 6, 2025 and those who has registered during regular rate period is needed to complete the payment by January 31, 2026.
Cancellation policy:
Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email to notify the secretariat office. For the notification before 15 December, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All refunds will be made one month after the congress (The transfer fee will be deducted from the full refund amount).
