Submission Guideline

Language
All abstracts must be composed in English. Please aim for clarity and simplicity, avoiding any language errors. If English is not your primary language, we suggest having a native speaker review your abstract prior to submission.

Number of Authors
An abstract may include a maximum of 6 authors (1 primary author and 5 co-authors). Authors will be listed in the order they are submitted. The presenting author will be indicated with an underline and will serve as the contact author. Please provide the full name and professional address of the presenter and ensure that the affiliations of all authors are included.

Length
The title of the abstract is limited to 300 characters, while the body must not exceed 2500 characters, including spaces. Each table image included in the abstract body counts as 300 characters, and each row within a table counts for 50 characters. Author names and affiliations do not contribute to the 2500-character limit.

Font
Please use a standard font such as Times New Roman when formatting your text. This helps ensure that special characters are preserved when transferring your text into the online abstract submission form. Avoid using all capital letters for full sentences, including in the title. Be sure to preview your final abstract before submission and make any necessary edits.

Images
You may include images, graphs, or illustrations in color, but these will count as 300 characters in your abstract. The maximum allowed size for any graphics is 800x600 pixels (height/width). Submissions with graphics exceeding this size will not be accepted. Images in PNG or JPEG format are required.

Spelling and Grammar
It is the author's responsibility to submit an error-free abstract. Any mistakes in spelling, grammar, or scientific accuracy will appear exactly as submitted by the author.
