Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email to notify the secretariat office. For the notification before 15 December, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All refunds will be made one month after the congress (The transfer fee will be deducted from the full refund amount).
Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
